Let us tell you which vegetables we need and use them to make chicken tikka. For the Chicken Tikka dish, take 700 grammes boneless chicken. Wash the chicken well, and the chicken should be of medium size. Then take it in a bowl and take 100 grammes of curd and add it to the chicken. Chop 3 to 4 green chillies coarsely and add it. Take one lemon and add its juice to the chicken bowl. Add one spoon each of garlic and ginger paste and one tomato paste and mix them well, and we will add the spices further.

Now we will add some spices. Like adding half a teaspoon of garam masala, add one teaspoon of chaat masala powder. After this, add half a teaspoon of chowmein masala powder. Add one teaspoon of black pepper powder and one teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of red chilli powder and 100 g cream. Mix them well and stir it in the basket with your hands for some time, and keep stirring till it is mixed well. Then check that the masala should be well coated on the chicken. Then cover the basket properly with foil and keep it in the fridge to marinate till morning. Marination is done so that the masala sticks well to the chicken because marination is necessary to get a good flavour, to give a good filler to our chicken tikka, and to make it tasty. To cook chicken tikka, first marinate the chicken in the tandoor using iron rods and roast it in the tandoor. To get a smoky flavour, the chicken is roasted in the tandoor. Then place a pan on the gas, keep the flame of the gas at 200Β°C (400Β°F). Then add 100g butter in the first pan. After the butter is heated, add the tandoor cooked chicken to it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Keep stirring it every now and then and keep watching. The chicken will start releasing its water and then cover the chicken. After this, take 50 grams of curd and 100 grams of cream in a bowl and beat it well. Cook the chicken on low flame and add the curd and cream to the chicken. Cook for 2 more minutes and then take it out and at last heat some butter and pour it on top and serve. Your buttery chicken tikka is ready.
